Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) is advising all airport users who were double charged for parking over the December 2011 period, to contact its parking offices for reimbursement.
The problem was the result of a technical problem with the Car Park Pre-Booking System. ACSA Technicians are working on rectifying the problem to avoid any further inconvenience to passenger and airport users.
Clients who were double charged can e-mail their 16 credit card digit number, their copy of the original booking and a copy of the double charge to Martjie.firstname.lastname@example.org Nthabiseng.Ramonti@airports.co.za, Dineshri.Aboo@airports.co.za or Pumeza.Dongo@airports.co.za for reimbursement. Alternatively, clients can bring their credit card number to the parking offices at O.R. Tambo International Airport for reimbursement.
