Media are requested to assist in publicising the details of the public appearance by the Springboks at the OR Tambo International Airport on their return home on Monday.

We would be grateful if you could assist by informing the public that:

• The team will make a public appearance on stage at in the parking area (Piazza) opposite the old International Arrivals Hall on the lower access road.
  
• The team are expected to appear at approximately 16h30 (the Springboks’ plane is due to land at 16h10).
  
• Musical entertainment will be provided in the area from 15h30.
  
• Members of the public are advised to park in the multi-storey car park and walk down to the area.
  
• The team will NOT be coming through the Arrivals Hall of the International Terminal.
  
• The parking area (Piazza) will be closed to parking from Sunday evening
  
• The lower roadway will be closed to traffic on Monday from 16h00 to 17h30. Members of the public dropping off or collecting travelers are advised to do some from the upper roadway.
  
• Media MUST apply to andyc@sarugby.co.za for accreditation to ensure their access to the arrival opportunity for media. Details for collection will be advised once accreditation is approved.
