Central Terminal Building at O.R. Tambo complete

On 1 April 2009 the Departures level of Central Terminal Building Development at O.R. Tambo International Airport will be opened. This opening marks the completion of the final phase of the Central Terminal Building development at the airport.

You are cordially invited to join us for a brief presentation and a tour of the new airport infrastructure including:

  •  Central Terminal Building
  • Duty Free Mall
  •  International Pier
  • International Transit Terminal
  • Multi-Storey Parking Extension

Date: 1 April 2009
Time: 09h00 for 09h30
Venue: Temporary Media Facility, 1st Floor Multi-Storey Parkade (next to Parking Management Office)

If you will be joining us on the tour please come with a clear copy of your green bar-coded identity document to gain access to the secure areas. Regrettably a maximum of two representatives per media title/channel will be allowed on the tour. Wear comfortable walking shoes for the tour – we have a lot to show you!
