1 December 2006 – Top seed Kgothatso Montjane won the Women’s Singles title while French player Regis Harel clinched the Men’s Singles title in the ACSA Border Open Finals held in East London yesterday. The tournament was sponsored by Airports Company South Africa (ACSA).

Through local tournaments like this we hope to raise the profile of wheelchair tennis in South Africa and help our athletes gain vital match playing experience. ACSA congratulates, not only the winners of the tournament, but every player that competed.” commented Charmaine Lodewyk, ACSA’s Communications and Brand Group Executive.
