The thrills of Sun City resort coupled with the wild beauty of the Pilanesberg game reserve attracts thousands of tourists. The addition of timeshare developments has ensured year-round visitors, adding to the sustainability of the entire resort.

Pilanesberg International Airport has kept pace with this exciting growth. In 2002, the terminal was upgraded to international status, allowing overseas visitors, including golfers playing in the Nedbank Golf Challenge, to fly direct.
