Today, (6 June 2007), Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) reached a significant milestone in the company’s history through the signing of a R6.8bn contract with the Ilembe Consortium for design and construction of a new airport and Dube TradePort at La Mercy north of Durban.
EMPD officials will be authorised to tow all illegally parked vehicle to predetermined barking bays within the airport precinct and will only be released to the owners on payment of the applicable fees.
With school holidays and Easter coming, Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) wishes to advise all passengers who will be using O.R. Tambo International during this period that the airport is expected to be busier than is normally the case.
