Johannesburg, 12 June 2014 –Airports Company South Africa today unveiled its pioneering free Airports App that will assist passengers to not only easily navigate any of its nine airports but also make all their travel arrangements from the comfort of their smart devices. The company which facilitates close to 35 million passengers a year is constantly seeking ways of enhancing service offerings.

Tambo International Airport’s annual Fire and Safety Campaign, in partnership with the South African Police Service (SAPS) will be held at Emlotheni Section in Wattville this Saturday, 7 June 2014. This campaign forms part of the airport’s Winter Warmer programme and aims to highlight fire prevention tips and provide safety education for communities that use fire for cooking and keeping warm.
Cape Town - Airports Company South Africa has confirmed that the incident that took place at Cape Town International Airport on Wednesday, 28 May 2014 has been handed over to the South African Police Service for further investigations.
