Operations at O.R. Tambo International Airport are back to normal, following an earlier power outage, which affected the greater Johannesburg area.
The airport is working towards recovering from the resulting flight delays.
Airports Company South Africa, Cape Town International Airport has once again embarked on its school up-liftment project ‘Improving Education through Interactive Technology.’ This year, eight schools in the airport’s vicinity benefited from the R192 200 donation with each school receiving an interactive whiteboard which can be used to access the internet while teaching. In the past three years, 21 schools have benefited with boards worth over half a million rand.
