Airports Company South Africa, Cape Town International Airport would like to congratulate Singapore Airlines on its 20 years flying into Cape Town. Singapore Airlines flies between Cape Town and Singapore via Johannesburg.

Singapore Airlines is the most awarded airline in the world with a five star business product and cabin service. Today, Singapore Airlines operates four weekly flights from Cape Town and daily flights via Johannesburg. On the Singapore – Johannesburg – Cape Town route, the airline operates a redesigned 777-200 aircraft, known for its full flat bed Diamond Class seats in a 1-2-1 configuration.

“Singapore Airlines is honoured to have won four Airports Company of South Africa Feather awards since 2003, consecutively in the last two years. We thank our partners and our customers for their many years of support. We will continue our commitment and dedication towards providing excellent service standards in Cape Town International Airport,” said Dennis Chia, Singapore Airlines’ Cape Town Station Manager.

“We value the partnership we have built with Singapore Airlines the past 20 years. The Singapore route goes a long way to contributing to the international traffic. We look forward to another 20 years of working together,’ said Deidre Davids, Cape Town International Airport Communications Manager.

International airlines continue to play a critical role in connecting our city to the world as Singapore Airlines has done for the past 20 years, connecting Cape Town to Singapore City.
