At car park entry: Ensure the card is inserted correctly into the slot provided in the entry terminal. Should the card still fail, press the button and take a ticket. On your return to ORTIA and before returning to your car use this ticket to pay for your parking at any pay station. Your pre-booking may still be charged to your card account.
