What happens if my credit card doesn’t work at the entry or exit barrier of my pre-booked car park?

At car park entry: Ensure the card is inserted correctly into the slot provided in the entry terminal. Should the card still fail, press the button and take a ticket. On your return to ORTIA and before returning to your car use this ticket to pay for your parking at any pay station. Your pre-booking may still be charged to your card account.

Set out the details of your query. Make sure to enclose all the relevant details including:
• Booking reference number
• Car park name
• Arrival date & time
• Departure date & time
• Fee charged
• Daytime telephone number
At car park exit: Make sure your card is the same card used to make the online booking and that it is inserted correctly into the slot provided. If the card still fails, contact the car park office by pressing the (help) button for assistance.
