It is only possible to amend or cancel your booking if you have chosen a “flexible” booking option. To do so go to the “Manage My Booking” section. You will need the booking reference number from your booking confirmation and the email address you provided during the booking process in order to access this file. You can amend/cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your car park entry date and time.
